Organizations can be more than structures.
Traditional organizations are built around structures, ownership and processes. Elythrixx explores a different starting point: people.
We are developing a framework that reimagines how organizations define their values, responsibilities, governance, participation and relationship with society.
The goal is not simply to create another organization. It is to explore a new model of corporate evolution — one capable of adapting as people, technology and society change.
